Renew Program

This program is for repairs to existing homes expected to cost over $2,500. Qualifying families/individuals must supply proof of income and supporting documents, as outlined in the application, such as proof of home ownership. Total household income cannot be more than 50% AMI for Jasper County, MO. Qualifying families/individuals agree to sweat equity hours prorated according to estimated project cost, and pay back material expenses via a zero interest loan through JAFCH. Length of loan will depend on total cost of the project.
