New Home Program

Partnering involves 350 sweat equity hours in the building process (200 of which may be provided by friends and family) plus willingness to pay back a 20-year, interest free mortgage. Homes are energy efficient,  yet simple in design. 

Qualifying families/individuals must supply proof of income and supporting documents, as outlined in the application. Total household income cannot be more than 50% AMI for Jasper County, MO.
