Repairs under $2,500. Qualifying families/individuals must supply proof of income and supporting documents, as outlined in the application, such as proof of home ownership. Total household income cannot be more than 50% AMI for Jasper County, MO. Qualifying families/individuals agree to assist in repairs as they are able, and pay back material costs on an agreed-on plan that fits their budget.
